The vanilla is barely there, which lets the pistachio come through clean and nutty—exactly what I wanted for a 32oz carton that doesn't sit heavy in my fridge. I've been pouring it over granola and it's creamy enough without any added sugar, so my breakfast actually feels satisfying instead of syrup

I’ve been using this in my morning smoothies instead of regular milk, and the 32oz carton lasts me about a week without going off. The pistachio flavor comes through nicely, and the unsweetened vanilla keeps it from tasting chalky like some other plant milks I’ve tried.

The vanilla note is subtle enough that the pistachio still shines through, which I appreciate since most nut milks taste watered down. It’s creamy without any gum or thickeners, and the 32oz carton lasts me about a week in my smoothies.
