The ingredient list is so short it's almost funny, just cashews and water basically, and that clean simplicity really comes through in the taste. It's got a subtle vanilla sweetness that works perfectly in my morning coffee without any chalky aftertaste.

Finally a nut milk that doesn't taste like it's hiding something—the vanilla is subtle and the texture stays creamy in my morning coffee without separating. I've been using it in smoothies all week and it's been smooth sailing, no chalky residue or weird aftertaste.

Only two ingredients and water, and it somehow tastes this creamy? I've been using it in my morning coffee and it doesn't separate or get weird, which is more than I can say for other plant milks I've tried. The vanilla is subtle, not fake-sweet, which is exactly what I wanted.
