Steams and froths like a dream—my cortados have that silky, full mouthfeel now, and it doesn’t separate or curdle when I pour it over espresso. The 32oz carton lasts me about a week of daily flat whites, which feels like a solid value.
The texture is genuinely creamy for a plant milk—it poured into my latte like actual dairy and didn’t separate even after sitting for a few minutes. The 32oz carton lasted me about a week of daily cortados, which feels like good value for the quality.
The creamy texture steams beautifully and holds its shape in a latte without separating, which is exactly what I needed for my home setup. I’ve tried a few dairy-free options, and this one’s richness in a cortado actually makes me forget it’s plant-based.
