Elmhurst 1925 カシュー バリスタ エディションは、クリーミーなバリスタスタイルの飲料用に設計された植物性ミルクです。バリスタシリーズの一部で、32オンスサイズで、2個または6個のパックで提供されます。
The foam on this cashew milk holds up beautifully in my cortados, no weird separation or watery top layer. The 32 oz bottles in the 2-pack are perfect for my weekly latte habit.
I've tried a lot of plant milks and this cashew one is the first that doesn't split or turn watery in my morning cortado. The 32 oz size with the pack of 2 means I always have a backup, which is exactly what I need when I'm running late and need that creamy texture fast.
The 32-ounce carton lasted me a full week of flat whites, and it steamed into that glossy microfoam without splitting. It's neutral enough that the espresso actually comes through, which is rare for a cashew milk.
