Finally, an almond milk that doesn't split or taste watery in my morning flat white. The shelf-stable carton means I can keep a spare in the pantry, and the foam holds its shape right until the last sip.

I wasn’t expecting much from a shelf-stable almond milk, but this one steams into this silky microfoam that holds its shape on my latte art. The flavor is subtle enough that the coffee still shines through, and not having to chill it before opening is a huge bonus for my tiny kitchen.

The shelf-stable packaging is a lifesaver for my tiny fridge, and it pours straight into a hot cup without that weird separation I get from other alt-milks. It’s not a miracle worker for latte art, but the texture holds up fine for a flat white. I’ll buy again, just wish the open carton lasted longe
