The shelf-stable packaging is a lifesaver for my tiny fridge, and it pours straight into a hot cup without that weird separation I get from other alt-milks. It’s not a miracle worker for latte art, but the texture holds up fine for a flat white. I’ll buy again, just wish the open carton lasted longe
