Steamed a pitcher for a flat white this morning and the maple comes through warm without turning the coffee cloying. The walnut note is subtle enough that my oat-milk-skeptic roommate actually asked what was in her cup. Cold frothing works just as well, which I didn't expect.

The froth holds up beautifully in my latte, and that maple-walnut combo is genuinely warm without being sweet. Steaming it felt just like dairy milk, which is a first for me.
