I’ve been reaching for this after evening workouts when I want something lighter than a shake, and the strawberries and cream taste is genuinely smooth without that chalky plant-protein finish. The 11oz bottle is just enough to take the edge off hunger without filling me up before dinner.
The 11oz bottle is perfect for tossing in my gym bag, and the strawberries & cream taste actually reminds me of a milkshake without the heaviness. I've tried a lot of plant proteins that leave a chalky film, but this one mixes smooth and doesn't sit weird in my stomach.
