Frothed this cold for an iced latte this morning and the foam actually held its shape while I poured—no sad watery top layer. The maple comes through sweet but not cloying, and it doesn't split when it hits hot espresso either.

Steamed a pitcher for a flat white this morning and the maple came through sweet but never cloying, while the walnut gave it that toasty depth I usually miss with plant milks. It held its foam beautifully without splitting, even after sitting a few minutes. This is my new go-to for lazy weekend latt

Frothed it cold for an iced vanilla oat latte and the maple comes through without turning cloying, which is exactly what I wanted. The walnut note is subtle but it makes the whole cup taste more balanced than any other plant milk I've tried.
