I wasn’t expecting much from a shelf-stable almond milk, but this one steams into this silky microfoam that holds its shape on my latte art. The flavor is subtle enough that the coffee still shines through, and not having to chill it before opening is a huge bonus for my tiny kitchen.

It does foam up nicely for a latte, and the flavor is mild enough not to overpower the coffee. That said, I found the taste a bit watery compared to other barista blends, and the 7-day window after opening is tight for a solo drinker.
