Neslazené vanilkovo-pistáciové mléko

I’ve been pouring this over granola every morning, and the 32oz carton lasts me a full week without getting that weird separation at the bottom. The pistachio comes through naturally, not fake, and the vanilla just barely takes the edge off the unsweetened bite.

The vanilla is so subtle it just rounds out the pistachio instead of hiding it, and I love that it's completely unsweetened so it works in my coffee and smoothies alike. The texture is thin enough to pour easily but still tastes creamy on its own. I'm on my third carton this month — this one's a kee
